Thelma Joann Borwn (93) of Clinton and formerly of Terre Haute passed away at 8:30 AM, February 12, 2026, at Clinton Gardents. Born June 5, 1932, in Hillsdale, Indiana to Claude Graham and Audrey Middlebrook Graham. She retired as the Executive Director for Volunteers of America in Terre Haute. She married Charles A. Brown, September 30, 1958. She was preceded in death by Charles A. Brown and two sons: Dean and Larry Brown. Also, six brothers and sisters.
Survivors include her daughter, Starla Murphy of Clinton. Stepson; Tony (Kim) Brown of Tennessee. Grandchildren; Terri Southard of Hillsdale, Charles Brown of Clinton, Cassie (Brad) Frink of Montezuma, Brit Murphy Jr. of Montezuma, Kyle Brown of Illinois and Deana Brown of Illinois. Several great grandchildren. Sisters; Emma Lou of Clinton and Betty Ann of Ohio. Also, several nieces and nephews.
Cremation was chosen with a private burial at Highland Cemetery in Hillsdale, Indiana
